1. Terms of Use

1. Who we are

PrepKi is run by Mindcraft Academy, trading as Mindcraft Academy, a proprietary business registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India, address 302, 3C, Sector no 26, Pradhikaran Nigdi, Haveli Pune, 411044, email adm.mindcraft@gmail.com, telephone 9822338310 (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Who may use PrepKi

• PrepKi is for students preparing for entrance and competitive exams, and for their parents and teachers.

• If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to your using PrepKi and to your details being saved. We ask for this before an account is made, and we will keep a record of it. Your parent or guardian is responsible for supervising your use.

• Accounts are opened by the academy, or by you where we allow sign-up. Give true information. One person, one account. Do not share your account.

3. Your account

Keep your password private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account to protect it or other users.

4. What PrepKi provides

• Timed practice tests, mock tests and past-year papers, with solutions, scores and an analysis of your performance.

• Explanations of questions from an “AI teacher” (see clause 9).

• Free content, and paid content that needs a plan.

How tests work: a test can be taken once. The timer runs on our server and continues if you close the page. Only answers you have saved count. The test is submitted by itself when time is up.

5. Plans and access

• A paid plan gives access to the tests it covers for the period stated when you buy (for example six months, or until a date such as the exam day). Access starts when your payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the last day, India time.

• If you buy the same plan again while one is running, the new period starts when the old one ends.

• When a plan ends you keep your results, but the paid tests are locked again.

• We may add, change or remove tests and content. We may change prices and plans for future purchases. The price and plan shown when you place your order apply to that order.

6. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and are the amounts shown when you order.

• You can pay online through Razorpay, or in another way we tell you about. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. They go to Razorpay under its own terms.

• An order is held for 24 hours for you to pay. After that it is cancelled and you may order again.

• If money is taken from you and access does not open, tell us (see the Refund page). We will fix it or refund it.

7. Coupon codes and offers

• A coupon code may be limited by the number of students who can use it, by dates, by plan, and to one use for each student. It cannot be sold, exchanged for cash or combined with another discount unless we say so.

• An early-bird or other offer applies only for the period or the number of buyers stated. If both an offer and a code apply, you get the better discount unless we say otherwise.

• We may cancel a code or a plan that was obtained by misuse.

• Some codes are given out by our staff or representatives, who may earn a fixed commission on real sales. No one is paid for bringing in other people, only for actual sales.

8. Our content and how you may use it

• The site, its questions, solutions, explanations, analysis and design belong to us or to those who license them to us.

• We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to use them for your own preparation while your account is active.

• You must not copy, publish, share, sell, or pass on questions, solutions or explanations; use robots or scripts to collect them; use them to build or train another product or AI system; or share your account.

• Past-year papers. Past-year papers are the property of the respective examination authority. They are reproduced here for students’ practice. PrepKi is not connected with any examination authority. Names such as MHT-CET, JEE and NEET are used only to say which exam a test is for.

• If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it to improve PrepKi without paying you.

9. Accuracy, AI and results

• We check our questions and answers, but mistakes can happen, especially in past papers taken from scanned documents. Tell us if you find one, and we will look at it.

• AI teacher explanations are written by an artificial intelligence system and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important points with your textbook or teacher. An explanation is not a replacement for a teacher.

• PrepKi helps you practise. We do not promise any mark, rank or admission.

• PrepKi is not connected with, and not approved by, any examination authority.

10. Limits we set

• Each student may open 50 different AI explanations in total, unless we change this or give you more. Opening one you have already opened again does not count.

• We may limit how fast you can use the site, to protect it.

11. How to behave

Do not cheat or help others to cheat; try to break, overload or get around the security of the site; use it for anything unlawful; or send abusive or harmful text in doubts and feedback. Please do not type personal details (phone numbers, addresses) into a doubt or feedback box.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. It is part of these terms.

13. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can. You may stop using PrepKi at any time and ask us to delete your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). Refunds are governed by the Refund page.

14. Availability

We try to keep PrepKi available, but we cannot promise that it will always work without interruption, for example during maintenance or because of problems with our hosting or payment providers.

15. Limit on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by things outside our control. Our total responsibility for any claim about a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have as a consumer under Indian law, or limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

16. Changes

We may change these terms. We will post the new version here with its date. If a change is important, we will tell you on the site or by email. Using PrepKi after a change means you accept it.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first contact our Grievance Officer (see the Contact page) so that we can try to settle a problem. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to go to a forum near where you live or work.
