3. Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy

1. What you are buying and how it is delivered
PrepKi sells digital access (to tests and other online content) for a stated period. Nothing is shipped.
Delivery is by opening your account’s access. With online payment this normally happens within minutes of the payment being confirmed. If you pay another way and we confirm it by hand, within one working day.
The plan starts when access opens and ends at the end of the last day of its period, India time.
2. Cancelling before you pay
An order that has not been paid can be cancelled by you (in “My plan”) or is cancelled by itself after 24 hours. Nothing is charged. A coupon place held by that order goes back.
3. Refunds
Within 7 days of buying, you can ask for a full refund of the amount you paid if you have not started any test that the plan unlocked.
After that time, or once you have started a paid test, we cannot refund a plan that was given to you as promised, because the access has been used.
We will always refund (whatever the time) if you were charged twice for the same order; if you were charged the wrong amount; if we could not open your access within 2 working days of receiving your payment and you do not want to wait; or if we cancel your plan and it is not because you broke the Terms of Use.
A refund is for the amount you actually paid. A code that made a plan free has no cash value. Payment charges taken by the payment company are not refunded.
When a plan is refunded, its access ends.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email adm.mindcraft@gmail.com or message 9822331919 with the name and email address on the account, the order reference (it starts with MC_), and the reason. We will reply within 3 working days. Where a refund is due, we send it to the same payment method you paid with, normally within 5 to 7 working days after we approve it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
5. If money was taken but access did not open
Please write to us with the order reference and the payment details. Do not pay again. We will check with the payment company and either open your access or refund you. If the payment was never completed, your bank normally returns the money by itself within a few days.
6. Your other rights
This policy does not take away any right you have as a consumer under Indian law.
